Laying out the foundation is crucial to obtaining a sustainable base for any building. Many options are available which can achieve a large variety of end results wanted by the customer. There is no one answer. It is my objective to provide my customers with the information they need to make the best decision regarding their custom built home or any other project they have in mind.
Concrete forms may be used to obtain a stronger, insulated stem wall. Or, if your wanting a patio that looks like flagstone, concrete stamps with added color may give you that look. In addition, the concrete used in a slab for a home can be stained with color and then scored to give you a tiled look. This look is not for everyone, but it can be done. Tubing for in-floor radiate heat can be added before the slab is poured. Planning is the key to providing the customer with an end result that they can be proud of.
